Second Circular, June 3, 1998


Dear Colleagues:

The 1998 Spanish Relativity Meeting is on its way. We have
extended the period of registration till July 1st.
We would like to remind you that, if you are interested in
attending the meeting, you should register as soon as possible. It might
be difficult to book a hotel after the end of the month
since there will be other meetings in Salamanca during the same week.
We have made arrangements with three more (also rather unexpensive hotels),
but they require to know the  number of reservations before
the end of this month. After that you will have to make your own
arrangements.

We  would like to encourage you abstract submission
before July 1st. We intend to publish a booklet containing
all contributions to be distributed before the conference.

We intend to separate oral contributions in ENGLISH and SPANISH
in two different sessions. We would  appreciate if you could
send us the title and abstract in ENGLISH but, if your
conference will be delievered in SPANISH, please indicate so.

Following this letter, you will receive an e-mail confirming
your hotel reservation. Please, keep record of this information
to avoid last minute complications.

In a few days we will set up a web page with all interesting
information about the conference, the venue and the city
of Salamanca. The address will be
